Paperbinding, also known as paperback, is a modern process in which a book block is cut at the spine, hot glue is applied to the spine, and then the book and cover are joined together under pressure to form a complete unit. The cover is creased in four places.
Structure:
- Book block: 40-170 gsm paper, printed in black and white or colour. Hi-Res BW print option for better photos/graphics.
- Cover (cover): 300 gsm paper, protected by lamination (matt, gloss, soft-touch, anti-scratch).
